EAST LANSING, Mich. - POST-GAME NOTES
TEAM NOTES
* The 103 MSU points is the most in a game, since the Spartans scored 106 in a 3OT loss to Gonzaga on Nov. 22, 2005. It is the most points in regulation and at Breslin Center since Nov. 23, 2004 in a 104-46 win over UW-Green Bay.
* Today marks the first time the Spartans have topped 100 points in a Big Ten contest since a 114-63 win over Michigan on March 4, 2000.
* MSU finishes the season 17-0 at home and now has won 21-straight in the Breslin Center. Over the last two season, the Spartans are 25-1 on their home court. This is the first perfect home season for the Spartans since the 2000-01 campaign.
* Michigan State has now won 14-straight home games against Indiana, starting on Feb. 1, 1992.
* It is the Spartans' largest margin of victory over the Hoosiers in 107 meetings between the two schools. The previous high was 24 points on Jan. 18, 1979.
* The Spartans committed only nine turnovers. It is the fourth straight game which MSU has had fewer than 10 turnovers. During the last four games, they have 84 assists to only 27 turnovers. In their last three home games, the Spartans have 95 assists and only 31 turnovers.
* The Spartans out-rebounded Indiana, 34-32 and are now 22-3 this season when accomplishing that feat.
* MSU scored 59 first half points. It was the most points in a half since scoring 60 in the first half vs. Florida A&M on Nov. 19, 2004. The total was also the most points in a Big Ten half since scoring 61 in the second half vs. Penn State on Jan. 3, 2001.
* In the first half, MSU shot 77.8% (21-for-27), which is the highest shooting percentage in a half since shooting 80.8 percent in the first half vs. Ohio State on Feb. 7, 2004.
* The Spartans had 12 steals today, the second most this season, trailing the 16 against San Jose State on Dec. 19, 2007.
* MSU is now 7-0 in day games.
PLAYER NOTES
* Sophomore Raymar Morgan had a team-high 20 points, the seventh time he has scored 20 this season. He has now led the team in scoring a team-high 14 times. Morgan went 7-for-9 from the field and in his last four games he is 23-for-30 (76.7%).
* Junior Goran Suton added 17 points, nine rebounds and four steals. He also knocked down his first collegiate three-point field goal, after missing his first 15 attempts.
* Freshman Kalin Lucas 14 points, seven assists (no turnovers) and three steals. In his last four games, he has 21 assists and only two turnovers.
* Junior Travis Walton tied his career high with 11 assists, but also did not have a turnover. In his last four games, Walton has 22 assists to only three turnovers.
