EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State men's basketball coach Tom Izzo held his weekly press conference Tuesday afternoon to preview the match-up against top-ranked North Carolina. The Spartans (4-1) and Tar Heels (7-0) meet Wednesday at Ford Field in Detroit; the game will be televised on ESPN beginning at 9:15 p.m.
Tickets are still available for the game, with prices starting at $9, and may be purchased at Ticketmaster.com, any Ticketmaster location, Ford Field Box Office or at Ford Field on game day.
