The Spartans, who return 10 starters and 16 letterwinners from last year's 8-9-1 team, enter the week with a 1-1 ledger. Fifth-year senior Nicole Galas has played every minute in goal this season and has 11 saves. Senior co-captain Erin Doan, senior Taryn Lee and sophomore Katie Rehor anchor the Spartan defense. Leading scorer Lauren Sinacola and senior co-captain Maureen Pawlak, who has 30 career points, are the top two players in the midfield. Sophomore Lauren Hill, MSU's leading scorer a year ago, and freshman Cara Freeman are the team's top forwards.

Lehigh is 1-1 after a season-opening win over Quinnipiac (2-0) and a loss to No. 12 Rutgers (0-2). A pair of freshmen, Glynn Fitzer and Lena Cannon, lead the Mountain Hawks in scoring with one goal apiece. Julie Kafka and Lauren Mains have split time in goal.
