Michigan State has now won seven of the last eight meetings against Minnesota...Coach McCallie is 8-2 vs. Minnesota.
MSU has won its last four games and improves to 18-7, 8-4 in Big Ten action.
The 23-point victory was the highest over the Gophers at the Breslin Center since Feb. 7, 1997, when the Spartans beat the Gophers 102-51.

Victoria Lucas-Perry tied her career high with four 3-pointers...she scored 14 points and went 4-for-5 beyond the arc.
Rene Haynes scored a season-high 18 points and had five assists and three steals.
Lindsay Bowen scored nine points and now has 1,642 for her career, just 26 shy of Kisha Kelly's school record 1,668 points...Liz Shimek is right behind with 1,634 points after scoring seven vs. the Gophers...it marked just the second time all season Shimek has been held to single figures.
The Spartans tied a season-high with nine 3-pointers...they went 8-for-10 in the first half...MSU also hit nine 3's vs. Tennessee and Maryland.
MSU posted a 44-26 rebounding advantage.
During their current four-game winning streak, the Spartans have held all four opponents to under 62 points...MSU is 17-1 when holding its opponent to under 70 points.
