• Rene Haynes grabbed a career-high nine rebounds...she also scored 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting from the field...she now has 994 career points, just six away from becoming the 17th Spartan to reach the 1,000-point mark...Haynes moved into a tie for third in MSU history with 203 career steals.
• MSU out-rebounded Wisconsin, 49-40...it marks the first time the Badgers have been out-rebounded this season.
• Allyssa DeHaan tied a season high with six free throws and her 10 attempts from the line were a season high...she tallied 13 rebounds, the seventh time this season she has been in double-figures for rebounds...she also collected her third straight game with a double-double (14 points, 13 rebounds)...she now has six double-doubles for the season.
• Michigan State shot a season-low 27.4 percent from the field.
