The 2005 Wilson ITA Midwest Regional Championships continued on Monday, Oct. 24 at the MSU Indoor Tennis Facility in East Lansing, Mich. It proved to be a very successful day for the Northwestern duo of Cristelle Grier and Alexis Prousis. In the morning, Grier and Prousis teamed up to defeat Wisconsin's Caitlin Burke and Nicole Beck, 8-4, in the doubles championship. Later in the day, Grier and Prousis each won two singles matches to advance to the championship match. Tuesday's singles championship will be played in Evanston, Ill.
