Women's Soccer Gear Up For Big Ten Play

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- The Michigan State women's soccer team (7-4-0, 3-3-0) will host two key Big Ten Conference games this weekend at Old College Field. On Friday (Oct. 10), the Spartans will play host to No. 17 Purdue at 4 p.m. The Boilermakers enter Friday's match with a record of 8-2-1 and a 4-1-0 conference record. On Sunday (Oct. 12), State will host Indiana at 12 p.m. The Hoosiers currently stand at 5-6-0 overall and 2-3-0 in the conference.

Last season, the Spartans defeated Purdue, 2-1, but lost to Indiana in double-overtime,1-0.
