Women's Soccer Wraps Up Home Season

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- The Michigan State women's soccer team (8-6-, 3-5- Big Ten) will host the Iowa Hawkeyes in the last home game of the season at Old College Field on Sunday, Oct. 19 at 12 p.m. The Hawkeyes enter Sunday's match with a record of 3-9-2 and a 0-6-2 Big Ten record.

Last season, the Spartans defeated the Hawkeyes in a 4-0 shutout.

As a highlight to the match, Michigan State and the women's soccer program will recognize and salute eight Spartan seniors for all their accomplishments throughout their MSU career.

Women's soccer hits the road to play the Michigan Wolverines in a Big Ten match on Friday (Oct. 24) at 4 p.m., in Ann Arbor, Mich.
