Women's Tennis Heads to Big Ten Championships

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State women's tennis team, the No. 11 seed, will face No. 6 seed Penn State in the first round of the Big Ten Championships Thursday (Apr. 26) at 2 p.m. in Columbus, Ohio. The winner of the meeting will face No. 3 seed Indiana on Friday (Apr. 27) at 2 p.m.
Penn State is currently ranked No. 48 in the ITA national polls. The Nittany Lions come into the match 13-8 overall and 5-5 in the Big Ten. Michigan State is 6-15 overall and 0-10 in Big Ten play.
