Paul Terek Sets New School Decathlon Record

WALNUT, Calif. - The Spartans are competing this weekend at the Mt. Sac Relays in Walnut, Calif. The Mt. Sac Relays continue through Sunday.
Senior Paul Terek (Livonia, Mich.) placed third in the Mt. Sac Relays decathlon and set a new school record (7,441) April 20. Terek broke the record of 7,225 points, which he previously held.
Junior Jeff Kus (Grand Ledge, Mich.) competed in the second heat of the Mt. Sac decathlon and also placed third (6,770).
Michigan State men's track and field will be competing at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays (Hillsdale, Mich.) April 28-29.
