EAST LANSING, Mich. - Top-ranked Michigan State (9-0) will face Bowling Green (4-4) Wednesday, Dec. 27 at The Palace of Auburn Hills (Mich.) at 8 p.m. EST. The tip-off time is 30 minutes later than previously announced.
The MSU-Bowling Green contest is the second game of the Sprite Holiday Basketball Classic at the Palace. The first game of the doubleheader features Oakland U. (3-8) against Wright State (9-1) with tip-off scheduled for 5 p.m.
Reserved-seat tickets for the Palace doubleheader are priced at $25, $17.50 and $12.50. Tickets can be charged by phone at (248) 645-6666.
ESPN Regional will televise the MSU-Bowling Green game live as part of its local package with Mike Gleason and former Spartan All-American Greg Kelser calling the action. TV stations scheduled to televise the game include WADL (Channel 38) in Detroit, WXMI (Fox 17) in Grand Rapids, WFUM (28) in Flint and WILX (10) in Lansing.
