Michigan State Crew Begins 1999-00 Season

The Michigan State crew will begin the 1999-00 season Saturday, Oct. 2 at the Head of the Ohio regatta, in Pittsburgh, PA. The races will begin at 8:40 a.m.

Some of the top crews in the nation will compete at the regatta, including Brown, Virginia, Michigan, Ohio State and Wisconsin. Last season, Virginia finished atop the final NCAA Rowing Central Region Poll, followed by Wisconsin, Michigan, MSU, OSU, and Iowa. Brown finished the season at No. 1 in the NCAA New England Region Poll.
